New business cards

Hello folk, sorry I've not posted anything this week - I have been going all out designing my up and coming website - exciting!   It should be going live fairly soon - I'll keep you posted.  Anyway, in the meantime here's a little promotional/business card I made up this week.  Any feedback would be much appreciated as this is only a test run (I've only got 27 printed so far, so changes can be made!).  Bye now.

Oh you trendy things!

A 'homage' to all those uber fashionable men out there.  Let us all be a little bit more fashionable everyday.  Today I wore flip flops.

Only a War can save Brown now....

I've decided that once a week I will find an editorial article to illustrate.  This week, Charlie Brooker's graphically described account of Gordon Brown's descent into political doom!  Click title to read full article.

A sketch or two a day keeps the Doctor away

Well, I've been a bit ill over the last week and have let the drawings slide I'm afraid....and now I'm off galavanting to England for a few days!  So, before I go here are a couple of quick sketches I did this morning whilst reminiscing of our travels.  Ah, bathing in a bucket in a Russian garden shed and watching people eating turtles in China; those were the days....off to the ferry I go!

Autumn in Amsterdam

Lovely city to draw.  I want to make a graphic adventure game soon and I think this is the type of style I'd like to go for.  I think it will be really interesting to make a computer game in this sort of illustrative style as gaming and non-computer generated illustration don't tend to go hand in hand !  It will be a Victorian era game but with a twist - maybe a hint of futuristic sci-fi...? If you have any ideas for it then let me know!
